This refreshing Pineapple Ranch Water Cocktail recipe is a delicious twist on the classic ranch water recipe and will quickly become your go to summer drink! The best part is, you can make this a cocktail or a mocktail with a simple ingredient swap. It's the ultimate warm weather crowd pleaser!
Texas Ranch Water is one of my all time favorite tequila cocktails to enjoy during the summer months. It's perfect for sipping poolside or enjoying at an outdoor BBQ. Mix it up with your favorite tequila, sparkling mineral water & fresh lime juice to make the classic three-ingredient cocktail, but I love adding pineapple to give it a punch of extra flavor.
If you're not a fan of alcohol, you can easily make this drink into a mocktail by adding your favorite non-alcoholic tequila or simply omitting that ingredient altogether. If you're looking for more cocktails & mocktails you might enjoy this Frozen Dirty Banana Mocktail or this refreshing Limoncello Martini during the warmer months.
Why You'll Love This Recipe

Pineapple Ranch Water FAQs
What is the best tequila for ranch water?
It depends a bit on your personal taste, but if you're a real tequila fan you may want to opt for reposado which also pairs really nicely with the pineapple flavor. If you don't want to taste the tequila as much, opt for blanco.
What type of lime juice is used in a ranch water?
It's best to use real lime juice that is fresh squeezed when making ranch water. You can use bottled lime juice in a pinch, but to me it doesn't taste as fresh.
How to make a frozen Pineapple Ranch Water
If you'd like to make this a frozen cocktail, simply add 1-2 cups of ice or frozen pineapple to the blender and blend until smooth.
