- Blueberries: You can't make a blueberry mojito without blueberries! But, if you'd like to make this a classic mojito mocktail, simply omit blueberries from the simple syrup and do not muddle them in with the mint.
- Rum Alternative: Since rum is not low FODMAP friendly, this rum alternative is the perfect addition to a blueberry mojito mocktail. If you want to make this into a cocktail that is still low FODMAP friendly, simply swap in vodka or gin. You can also omit + add extra seltzer to keep this alcohol-free.
- Pineapple Juice: Pineapple juice is added for an extra dose of sweetness since we use monk fruit sugar to sweeten the simple syrup. It can be omitted if preferred.
