6ozmineral waterlike Topo Chico

Instructions
Blend the drink. Add all ingredients except for the mineral water to a blender and pulse to combine, about 60 seconds to properly blend the mint leaves into the drink.
Serve. Pour into rocks glasses and top with mineral water. Garnish with a lime wedge, pineapple chunks and fresh mint.
