Ninja Creami Raspberry Sorbet Recipe Ingredients
- Raspberries. I usually opt for frozen fruit because it is more cost effective & blends well, but you can absolutely use fresh fruit if you prefer.
- Lime Juice. Fresh squeezed is best. Alternatively, fresh lemon juice will work as well.
- Collagen Peptides. This gives the sorbet recipe additional protein as well as creaminess.
- Water. You'll need a bit of water to make sure it all blends up well. Alternatively, if you do prefer some sweetness & don't mind the added sugar, you could use a fruit juice like cranberry, orange or pomegranate juice.

Expert Tips & Tricks
- Use this berry sorbet as the base for a smoothie bowl topped with fresh fruit & granola for a refreshing breakfast.
- If you want something more than the natural sweetness of the raspberries, you can add a touch of honey or maple syrup to the sorbet base.
- Switch it up & use fresh or frozen strawberries to make strawberry sorbet or add blueberries & blackberries for a mixed berry sorbet flavor.
- Add lemon cookies, fresh mint, fresh fruit or even white chocolate chips as a mix in to spice things up!
- Ninja recommends freezing your creami bases for 24 hours, but I typically freeze mine for 8 and they come out perfect.
- Ninja’s instructions state that you cannot use the “respin” feature followed by the “mix in” feature. I ALWAYS respin my dairy free ice cream or sorbet, because it needs this in order to be creamy, and I use the mix in function after with no trouble.
- Before respinning, I recommend always adding a little bit more water or juice. Just enough to almost cover the top of the pint container is perfect, about 2-3 tsp. This will help ensure the final result is super creamy.
How to Store Raspberry Sorbet
On the off chance you don’t finish this frozen treat in one sitting, here is what you can do to ensure it stays fresh the next time you’d like to enjoy.
Keep the leftovers in the ninja creami pint container & use a spoon to create a level surface with what’s left over. Place the lid back on and store until ready to enjoy again. You’ll need to go through the process again of using the “sorbet” feature, then adding a splash of lime juice & remixing again. Raspberry sorbet will keep in the freezer up to 2 weeks for maximum freshness.
