Ingredients

  • 2 oz pink gin
  • 1 oz raspberry liqueur
  • .5 oz egg whites
  • Soda water or prosecco to top off

Instructions

  • Mix the cocktail. Add the pink gin, raspberry liqueur and egg whites to a cocktail shaker. Dry shake (meaning shake without ice) for 30 seconds, then add ice (you don't need loads of ice, a few cubes will do) to a cocktail shaker and shake well for an additional 15 seconds.
  • Strain, Garnish & Serve. Strain the cocktail (or remove the ice from the shaker) into a chilled glass. Garnish and enjoy.

Notes

If you are following a low fodmap diet or you would prefer a low ABV cocktail, you can easily swap the raspberry liqueur for cranberry juice. To read more about low fodmap friendly alcohol, you can check out this article I put together.
