This Pink Gin Fizz is a spin on the classic cocktail, the Gin Fizz. This festive pink cocktail is a great way to celebrate special occasions like Valentine's Day or Mother's Day. Made with simple ingredients, it's quick and easy to whip up.
Mix the cocktail. Add the pink gin, raspberry liqueur and egg whites to a cocktail shaker. Dry shake (meaning shake without ice) for 30 seconds, then add ice (you don't need loads of ice, a few cubes will do) to a cocktail shaker and shake well for an additional 15 seconds.
Strain, Garnish & Serve. Strain the cocktail (or remove the ice from the shaker) into a chilled glass. Garnish and enjoy.
Notes
If you are following a low fodmap diet or you would prefer a low ABV cocktail, you can easily swap the raspberry liqueur for cranberry juice. To read more about low fodmap friendly alcohol, you can check out this article I put together.
