If you're looking for a tasty summer coffee drink that's sure to delight, look no further than this creamy, dreamy Iced Strawberry Latte! Made with just a few simple whole food ingredients, you can whip up this icy treat in minutes.
Make the Strawberry Syrup – Add strawberries, maple syrup, vanilla extract and 1-2 tablespoon of milk to a blender and pulse until smooth and no chunks of strawberry remain, about 1 minute.
2. Brew Your Favorite Coffee. If your coffee maker has an iced coffee function, brew ½ cup of your favorite coffee this way. Otherwise, I suggest using coffee that is already cold, whether you brewed it the night before and stored it in the fridge or you use premade iced coffee or cold brew concentrate. You can also use 2 shots of espresso as well if you have that available.
3. Froth The Milk. Using a handheld frother or the steam wand on your coffee maker to froth up the milk you're using for the strawberry latte.
4. Build The Strawberry Latte. Fill a glass with ice, then pour in the cold coffee. Next pour in the strawberry syrup and top it off with frothed milk.
Notes
If you’d prefer a hot latte to an iced strawberry latte, simply omit the ice and be sure to steam or warm your milk. You can heat it on the stove top, microwave, or using the steam wand of your espresso machine if you have one.
