This Edible Protein Cookie Dough is the perfect way to satisfy your sweet tooth while also getting more protein in your day. Made with simple ingredients you probably already have in your pantry, like natural peanut butter, almond flour & vanilla protein powder, it's an easy no bake treat the whole family will love. The best part is, this sweet treat packs around 18 grams of protein per serving!

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup almond flour
  • ½ cup vanilla protein powder
  • ½ cup natural peanut butter
  • ¼ cup pure maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoon chocolate chips optional
  • pinch of sea salt optional

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, add almond flour & protein powder. Before mixing, add the natural peanut butter along with the pure maple syrup. Mix the dough using a fork until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
  • Note that if the cookie dough is a little too crumbly, you may add a little bit of non-dairy milk (or your milk of choice) or water 1 tablespoon at a time until it resembles a traditional cookie dough texture.
  • Once the cookie dough is mixed, fold in chocolate chips or any other add-ins you're using.
  • Scoop & enjoy! Enjoy the protein powder cookie dough straight from the mixing bowl, or scoop it into individual bowls for serving.
