Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup almond milk eggnog
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • ½ cup frozen cauliflower or frozen banana
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • teaspoon ground nutmeg a little more than a pinch

Instructions
 

  • Add ingredients to a blender. Add egg nog, vanilla protein powder, frozen cauliflower, cinnamon & a pinch of nutmeg to a high-powered blender. Blend until smooth.
  • Pour & enjoy. Pour the shake into your favorite glass, garnish with cinnamon sticks if desired & enjoy!
