Notes

Expert Tips & Tricks
  • Be sure to whip the cottage cheese well until no clumps or curds remain. This will help achieve a creamy, velvety texture that is irresistable.
  • If you're not a cottage cheese fan or you'd like to make this for something who really doesn't love the taste of cottage cheese, a healthy swap would plain greek yogurt. You'll still make a low calorie high protein dip without the cottage cheese.
  • Instead of using the whole container, use only 1 serving of cottage cheese (about ½ cup) and around 1-2 tablespoons of dry ranch dressing mix to make a single serve option that's a great snack.
  • Store leftover dip in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
