Ingredients
  

  • 1 scoop cookies & cream protein powder can sub vanilla
  • 1 cup almond milk or milk of choice
  • 2 dates optional, for sweetness
  • ½ cup frozen zucchini or cauliflower rice optional, does not add flavor just sneaks in some veggies & fiber
  • handful of ice for thicker texture
  • 1 crumbled gluten free oreo for topping optional

Instructions
 

  • Add ingredients to blender. Pour 1 cup of almond milk or milk of choice into a high-speed blender. Add 1 scoop of cookies & cream protein powder, optional frozen veggies, dates (if using), and a handful of ice for thicker texture.
  • Blend until smooth. Blend on high until creamy and smooth.
  • Serve it up. Pour into a glass, top with whipped cream and cookie crumbles or additional chocolate sandwich cookies if desired.

Notes

This is best enjoyed right after blending, but you can store it in an airtight container or glass jar in the fridge for up to 24 hours. Just shake it well before drinking, separation is normal!
