Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 cups quick oats or old fashioned oats
  • 2 medium ripe bananas
  • 2 tablespoon powdered peanut butter creamy peanut butter
  • ¼ cup chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Pre-heat the oven to 350F
  • Prepare the cookie batter. Add oats to a large mixing bowl. In a medium mixing bowl, smash bananas with a fork. Once there are no clumps left, add banana to oats and mix to combine. Add the PB Powder and mix once more until all ingredients are combined.
  • Add the chocolate chips. Add chocolate chips and fold in using a spatula.
  • Shape the cookies. Using a cookie scoop, scoop out the batter. Shape the cookie dough balls in the palm of your hand and flatten gently & arrange on a parchment paper lined baking tray.
  • Bake the cookies. Bake at 350F for 10 minutes or until golden brown. Once the cookies are baked, transfer them to a cooling rack and allow to cool to just above room temperature before enjoying.
