Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup orange or tangerine juice freshly squeezed if possible
  • ½ cup filtered water
  • 1 cup mixed berries fresh or frozen
  • ½ medium banana
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon beet root powder
  • 1 teaspoon maca
  • 1 teaspoon ashwagandha
  • ice

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Pour into glasses and garnish with fresh berries if desired.
