Equipment

  • Cocktail shaker
  • Cocktail Strainer
  • coupe glass or champagne glass

Ingredients
  

  • 2 ounces pineapple juice
  • 1 ounce blue curaçao
  • ½ ounce gin or vodka
  • ½ ounce lemon juice
  • Top w Prosecco

Instructions
 

  • Optional Prep the glass: Dip the rim of the glass in a little water or simple syrup, then roll it in red sanding sugar if using. Set aside.
  • Shake it up: Add pineapple juice, blue curaçao, gin, and lemon juice to a cocktail shaker filled with ice (or use green kool aid in place of the alcohol for a mocktail version). Shake vigorously until combined.
  • Strain and pour: Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds, then strain into a champagne flute or coupe glass.
  • Top it off: Pour in chilled Prosecco (or lemon-lime soda for a mocktail).
  • Garnish: Add a rosemary sprig or maraschino cherry for that perfect festive touch.

Tips & Tricks

  • Batch it: For parties, multiply the recipe and serve it as a Grinch punch in a punch bowl.
  • Mocktail version: Skip the gin and blue curaçao and mix pineapple juice, green Hawaiian punch, and lemon-lime soda, then top with lime sherbet for the kids.
  • Make ahead: You can mix the base (everything except the bubbly) a few hours before serving and chill. Add Prosecco right before guests arrive to keep it fizzy.
If you have any leftover punch, store it in a sealed pitcher in the fridge for up to 24 hours. The bubbles may fade, but you can revive it with a splash of prosecco or lemon-lime soda before serving.
