Made with just a few wholesome ingredients, this tasty treat comes together in around 45 minutes, is gluten free, paleo friendly, refined sugar free and can be made a low fodmap dessert with just a few easy tweaks.

Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 375F and grease a 9" baking dish with butter, ghee, or pan spray.
In a medium mixing bowl, add apples, strawberries, lemon juice, tapioca starch, spices and coconut sugar mixing gently to combine, ensuring each of the fruits are fully coated with the sugar and spice mixture.
Pour mixture into baking dish.
In the same medium mixing bowl, add almond flour, coconut sugar and cinnamon, mixing gently to combine.
Add in softened butter. Using your fingers, pinch together dry mixture and butter until a crumbly topping begins to form.
Evenly distribute topping over filling.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until topping is golden brown.
