Season the steak and let marinate for 30 minutes. In a skillet, cook the steak about 3-5 minutes on each side depending on how you'd like it cooked.

n a medium mixing bowl add the bell pepper strips and toss with olive oil and taco seasoning. Add the peppers over medium heat and cook until just tender.

Build the tacos by putting down a layer of tortilla chips then topping with peppers and cheese. Repeat then bake until cheese is melted and top with steak & favorite toppings!
