– Gluten free 1:1 flour – Baking powder – Baking soda – Salt – Butter – Eggs – Coconut sugar – Sugar – Vanilla extract – Blue food coloring – White chocolate chips – Dark chocolate chips – Oreos
Combine dry ingredients in a bowl. Beat together butter, sugars and vanilla.
Beat in the eggs one at a time, then mix in the blue food coloring. Fold in dry ingredients and white chocolate chips until combined.
Chill the dough. Scoop cookie dough and flatten in the palm of your hand. Place an oreo in the center then place a second scoop of cookie dough on top and seal shut.
Bake for 18 minutes at 350 degrees F. Let cool on to room temperature on a baking rack and then enjoy!
